Incrocio Manzoni has been brought to full maturity and harvested at first days of September. In the middle of September is harvested Garganega. The grapes are fermented with directly press, without skin contact. All the fermentation occurs spontaneously in wood with the yeast of the grapes themselves. There are no enological additives. Aging in oak barrel from October 2023 util December 2024. We made every week a battonage to protect wines from oxygen and to preserve its aromas. Vinified and bottled without any further processing or filtration. Being that the wine is not filtered there may be some sediment on the bottom, this just indicates the genuineness of our product.

Siemàn ("six hands" in Venetian dialect) was born in Villaga, where organically farmed vineyards stretch across hilly terrain surrounded by woods. Healthy grapes are transformed into wine through spontaneous fermentation, without additives or treatments. In 2017, a brewery was added, focused solely on spontaneous and mixed fermentations using native vineyard flora. Most beers are also made with estate-grown grapes. Our passion is to honor the land by creating authentic products deeply connected to their origin, in harmony between Man and Nature.
