Since 1743, for eight generations, the Gambier family has passed down their passion for winemaking at Domaine des Ouches. Thomas and Denis cultivate their various plots using organic farming methods. On the gravelly soils, the earth warms up quickly, allowing the grapes to ripen more rapidly. It is here that they produce their elegant rosé and their round, fruity red wines. On the limestone in the hillsides, the ripening is slower here, resulting in more concentrated grapes. Meticulous care is taken, including soil cultivation, canopy management, and hand-harvesting, to select only the finest grapes. Domaine des Ouches also produces two white wines: a Chenin Blanc and a Blanc de Noir.
