Located north of Cruzy, a small village nestled in the heart of the Languedoc, our vineyard flourishes in an exceptional terroir, set between rolling hills, wild scrubland (garrigue), and Mediterranean influences. Our wines, both elegant and generous, reflect the solar power of the region and the mineral freshness of our clay-limestone soils. Farmed through organic agriculture, our grape varieties (Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah) express the full authenticity of this unique land. Each bottle tells the story of La Paillouse, where tradition and respect for nature meet.
