Bazooka is vinified with a spontaneous, low-intervention approach. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before undergoing native yeast fermentation. Extraction is gentle and guided by tasting rather than by fixed protocol, aiming to preserve fruit purity and natural energy. No selected yeasts, no enzymes, and no unnecessary additives are used during fermentation. The wine is aged with minimal handling to retain freshness and vibrancy. No sulfur is added. Bazooka is neither fined nor filtered, allowing the wine to keep its texture, structure, and raw expression.

Marius Bielle is an independent natural winery based in Lalande-de-Pomerol on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. The estate is rooted in living soils and careful farming, with minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. Fermentations are spontaneous, sulfur is used only when necessary, and wines are neither fined nor filtered. Each vintage reflects its own energy. Alongside the appellation wines, collaborative Vin de France cuvées offer a freer, experimental expression.
