Information
Our story begins in 1990 with Yves Dietrich taking over 4 hectares of the family estate. He converts these vineyards to Organic Agriculture in 1999, and then to Biodynamic Agriculture in 2003. In 2016, his sons Pierre and Jean decided to create their own vineyard. They partnered with their father to showcase the family's grapes and market their wines under their own label. At the heart of the wine route in Alsace, in Scherwiller, in 2016, they built the largest self-supporting straw building in Europe. A bioclimatic cellar, mainly composed of local and environmentally friendly materials. Today, all our wines are certified in Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture. The vineryard covers 25 hectare
