Syrah wines

Somos una bodega de vino que nos caracterizamos por la elaboración de vinos de forma artesanal como marca la tradición de la zona, para ello elaboramos en una bodega que data del año 1900 y trabajamos un viñedo histórico disperso con una antigüedad que en la mayoría supera los 100 años. Este viñedo se caracteriza por su baja producción y por su dispersión en zonas montañosas y bosques que lo hacen único.

Before settling in Saint-Morillon, Bordeaux, in 2019, Anne Buiatti and her husband Grégoire tended a stunning Syrah vineyard on shale soils, which they managed to acquire before their move. Today, they cultivate 2 hectares in Bordeaux alongside their 2 hectares of Syrah in Roussillon. Their approach is deeply rooted in minimal intervention and a steadfast commitment to organic and biodynamic principles. They nourish the soils with composts, herbal teas, and silica, fostering biodiversity with grazing ewes, beehives, orchards, and vegetable gardens. Anne’s philosophy is to guide the wines naturally—fermenting with wild yeasts, while maintain precision and consistency.

A boutique family owned winery nestled in the heart of Piemonte, we are husband-and-wife team dedicated to crafting expressive, small-lot wines with care and purpose. Guided by sustainable practices and a deep respect for nature, we farm regeneratively to preserve the health of our land for future generations. Every bottle reflects our love for this place, our commitment to quality, and our belief that great wine begins in the vineyard.

Agricola Bertolino looks after the vineyards and the land around Bricco Borio's hill, in Costigliole d'Asti. From here we transform grapes from numerous typical south-Piedmont varieties, trying to preserve the essence of every different fruit, resulting in the most authentic expressions of the territory.
