Domaine Guillot-Broux
Bourgogne, France
We have 17 hectares of vines situated in the three villages of Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay, and have two appellations: Mâcon Cruzille and Mâcon Chardonnay. Most of the vineyards are on east-facing slopes on clayey limestone soil. The various geological formations give rise to different terroirs, resulting in strikingly different wines. The nature of the soil in Cruzille particularly brings out mineral flavours, and produces wines that need a relatively long time to mature. The vineyards in Grévilly and Chardonnay tend to have deeper soil, and produce wines that, when drunk young, are often fruitier and more flattering than Cruzille wines; however, they become more complex after several years’ ageing. The wines from each vineyard are vinified separately, but only the best vineyards are selected for single vineyard cuvees. Patrice and Emmanuel Guillot run the domaine today with a team of seven employees.

Domaine Augustin
Champagne, France
Domaine AUGUSTIN is located in the heart of Champagne, where its terroirs and grape varieties guarantee excellence: Pinot Noir, the king of Montagne de Reims, and Chardonnay, which reigns in the Côte des Blancs, come together. These two forces complement each other from afar, creating a balance. Marc Augustin’s philosophy is about symbiosis: the intimate, enduring union between two organisms that cannot live without each other. He decided to live in harmony with nature, and his Champagne is the fruit of this symbiosis. Certified organic since 2012 and Demeter-certified since 2013, the estate now works entirely biodynamically. Marc’s wife, Emmanuelle, is also involved in the family estate, as are their two sons. Now in its ninth generation of growers, the focus remains on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Marc Augustin is a biodynamic practitioner to the core. However, he also incorporates other philosophies into his winemaking, such as feng shui, homeopathy, and crystals. Marc makes his own preparations, uses horses in the vineyard, works with kvevri (traditional Georgian clay vessels), Italian terracotta containers, and old oak barrels.

Domaine de la Paillardière
Beaujolais, France
The Domaine de la Paillardière, located in Corcelles in Beaujolais, represents four generations of the JAMBON family cultivating the vines with passion. 4 generations have cultivated the vineyard « La Paillardière » with the same passion for land and wine. Created in 1864, the wine-making process has been transmitted from father to son with tradition and modernity in order to produce quality wines. The vineyard is currently in 'Organic Conversion.' Since 2006, we have been practicing organic methods without having the certification. We plow the vines and no longer use herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Respect for nature and the environment is very important to me. It’s a complete shift in the way we work the vines and enhance my estate. Through this cultivation method, I seek a new relationship with the vine and a harvest quality that is reflected in the winemaking process. 'Being a winemaker is choosing a work driven by passion. Wine is a matter of art, style... and emotion!!!'"

Bodega F. Schatz
Andalusia, Spain
The Schatz family has its origins in Bressanone, Southern Tyrol (Trentino, Tyrol), the German speaking part of Northern Italy near the Dolomites. The family finally settled in the South of Germany, in Korb (state of Baden Württemberg) and has been specialized in viticulture since 1641. At only 18 years of age there were two things Friedrich Schatz had already clear in his mind: first, that he wanted to continue the family winemaking tradition, and secondly that he wanted to do this in a region with a better climate. 1982 arrived and he started his journey in order to find the ideal place. He travelled through various countries and areas and finally chose Spain, more specifically Ronda, which is geographically located by the Mediterranean but is strongly influenced by the Atlantic. Situated in the heart of Andalucia, the Serrania de Ronda, is an area where the Iberians and later the Romans already cultivated their vineyards, more exactly in the old town of Acinipo (Ronda la Vieja – Land of Wine). He found the finca and the house, Finca Sanguijela, with its peculiar name and located in the Sierra de la Sanguijuela. Strangely enough, the initials of the Finca and Friedrich happened to be the same, so it was only natural that the logo of the bodega would be FS. But first he needed to learn the language. An intensive course in Marbella to learn Castillian Spanish as well as the ‘practical lessons’ with the bricklayers who took part in the renovation of the house, worked wonders for the mutual understanding and his perfect Andalusian accent. The goal was to create a vineyard and a bodega where he could create organic- biodynamic wines of high quality. Lively wines which are full of life. Cared for and produced on the base of traditional wisdom in conjunction with modern techniques. Finca Sanguijuela already had a small vineyard but it was still necessary to conduct tests with the different varieties in order to see which ones would adapt best to the soil and its unique conditions. All these little details made for a great adventure, especially because Ronda had yet to become a qualified area for growing wine. It was a long way to go and all this would not have been possible without the other bodegas which were subsequently set up in the area in the following years. The Regulation Council (Consejo Regulador), also contributed to this success by acknowledging the possibilities of an expanded viticulture in this region, not only for the traditional dessert wines and raisin wines but now also for red-, white- and rosé wines. Years’ dedication, steady good work and the growing interest for top quality wines, significant and unique, but also full of life and energy, made it possible to make progress day after day. The secret to do what one desires is a good mixture of illusion, knowledge and a lot of hard work. Thirty years have passed, the family has since grown, and the new generation draws on the wisdom of grandparents, who still continue to help and teach us every day. Luckily nature with its immense generosity takes care of all the rest.

Giovanni Sallemi
Sicilia, Italy
Beneath the surface of our wine lies a tale of family: a narrative of decisions, trials, and learning from mistakes that has guided us through the years. It's a story of generational shifts and the journey from one place to another. As a child of four, I, Giovanni, would help my father crush grapes in his mill, learning the trade from an early age. Our vineyard in Granieri, nestled in the heart of Caltagirone, was established back in the 1970s by my grandfather, who ventured from Vittoria to seek out fertile soil. He planted various grape varieties on land he acquired from Baron Silvestri, laying the foundation for our family's winemaking legacy. However, not all our ventures were met with success. A plot of land in Petrascritta, despite its promise, yielded wine that turned to vinegar come April, forcing us to part ways with it. Undeterred, my father, Francesco, carefully selected our current plot, situated high on the hills, basking in the sun's warmth. My personal journey began in 2015 when I decided to take our house wine beyond the borders of Sicily, in honor of my late father. We embarked on this venture with a commitment to traditional methods: organic farming practices, meticulous handpicking, and fermentation in concrete tanks using natural yeast. The aging process, crucial to the development of our wine's character, takes place either in aged oak barrels or stainless steel tanks, where the wine is protected and nurtured. In 2022, a significant milestone was achieved as we obtained organic certification, a testament to our dedication to sustainable winemaking practices. It's a step forward in our mission to share our wine with a wider audience, inviting those who appreciate not only the taste but also the stories woven into every bottle.

Domaine Saint Antoine
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
The Domaine Saint Antoine winery has a rich history that dates back to the times of Napoleon. It is said that Napoleon succumbed to the charm of an Irish widow, Marie Anne Coppinger, and helped her acquire the area around the Étang de Marseillette. This winery, which proudly bears the name St. Antoine today, has its roots in a story of passion, discovery, and the pursuit of excellence. The wines of Domaine Saint Antoine are grown and produced with great respect for plants and soil, and with care and craftsmanship. The Domaine’s mission is to make the mystique of the Minervois and the winery palpable in every glass of wine. For centuries, Minervois has been growing wines of the highest quality and originality, even if the region is no longer one of the most famous wine regions in France. But the potential of the area is all the higher.

Domaine des Geslets
Loire, France
Founded in the 1920s by Louis PINNETEAU, the domaine, like all farms at the time, grew a variety of crops. Louis, who was a wine grower, seed producer and fruit grower all in one, passed the farm on to his daughter Paulette and son-in-law Pierre GRÉGOIRE in 1960. Paulette and Pierre undertook the greatest transformation of the domaine by dedicating 100% of the vineyard to AOC Bourgueil and AOC St-Nicolas-de- Bourgueil wines. After training in Montreuil-Bellay and work experience in Fronsac, Lalande-de-Pomerol and Meursault, Vincent joined his parents at the domaine in 1987. In 2003, Vincent was joined by his wife Sylvie. Together, they made the domaine flourish, developing sales in France and internationally and achieving organic certification for the entire vineyard in 2013. The story of Domaine des Geslets continues, with the arrival of the fourth generation in the summer of 2023. Jeanne, daughter of Sylvie and Vincent, decided to give up her career in the notarial profession and took over the domaine with her husband Matthieu. With passion, they will continue to develop the family estate for many years to come.

Weingut Kranz
Pfalz, Germany
What is special about our winery? Founded from a typical Palatinate small agricultural business, the great-grandparents and grandparents specialized in viticulture after the 2nd World War and built up the winery. Even today we still run the winery in a very familiar way. Boris Kranz as manager and winemaker and his wife Kerstin Kranz is responsible for sales and marketing. Since 2023 their son Xaver joined them after studies in Geisenheim with experiences in various estates over the world, since then being more and more responsible for Wines and Vineyards. We don't buy any grapes. We produce our wines exclusively from our own vineyards located on a unique limestone terroir which is located mainly around our Grand Cru site "Ilbesheimer Kalmit". Our winery concentrates on the classical grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir with Riesling playing the major part. We are a certified organic and sustainable winery. Through hard work, a lot of craftsmanship and a good portion of idealism we worked our way to the top of the German wine producers. Since 2012 we are a member of the VDP.

Free Grape Society
Morava, Czech Republic
Welcome to Free Grape Society, a dictionary but picturesque winery nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits subregion in Bourgogne, France. With a rich history dating back over 300 years, our winery stands as a testament to the timeless craftsmanship and dedication to producing exceptional wines. HISTORY Founded in 1718 by the visionary winemaker, François Dubois, Free Grape Society was originally a modest estate that has since grown to be renowned for its exquisite Pinot Noir. With generation after generation of winemakers, our expertise has been diligently passed down, merging traditional methods with modern techniques to create truly remarkable blends.

Situated amidst the rolling hills and picturesque vineyards, our winery benefits from the region's unique geography. The Côte de Nuits, known for its prestigious and world-class red wines, boasts a microclimate that combines an ideal amount of sunlight, rainfall, and temperature fluctuations. The well-drained limestone soils, typical of this area, lend the grapes their distinct flavor and character. Our winemaking process is rooted in respecting the terroir and showcasing the true expression of the grapes. Beginning with meticulously hand-picking the finest Pinot Noir grapes at optimal ripeness, we take great care to ensure each bunch is flawless. Once brought to the winery, the grapes are gently destemmed and placed in oak vats for fermentation. During this period, our skilled winemakers employ traditional techniques such as punching down the cap, a method that allows for gentle extraction of tannins and enhances color and flavor. This slow and natural fermentation process ensures the wine retains its delicate aromas and elegant structure. After fermentation, the wines are aged in French oak barrels in our cool cellars to allow for gradual maturation and integration of flavors. Our winemakers conduct regular tastings to determine the optimum aging period for each vintage, ensuring that every bottle represents the pinnacle of quality. Beyond the winemaking process, Free Grape Society also offers an immersive experience. Visitors have the opportunity to explore the stunning vineyards, guided by our knowledgeable staff who uncover the secrets of the terroir and the vineyard's history. The estate's 18th-century château, with its harmonious blend of French classicism and authenticity, serves as a charming venue for wine tastings and events, echoing the elegance and heritage of our wines. At Free Grape Society, we invite you to immerse yourself in the rich winemaking tradition of the Bourgogne region, experience the beauty of the Côte de Nuits, and savor our exceptional wines that embody the essence of this remarkable terroir.

Clos Aguilem
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Originally from Brittany, Jean-Charles Auffret discovered the Languedoc and fell in love with its wines while studying agronomy in Montpellier in the mid-1990s. A career of 15 years in Champagne followed, where Jean-Charles worked with grape growers giving environmental and technical advice, before settling in 2015 in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac to create the wines he loves in this exceptional terroir. The project to create Clos Aguilem seduced several of his friends and family members, all wine lovers. Today, 19 convinced shareholders and committed partners support Jean-Charles in the development of the estate. Clos Aguilem has always been a collective story and today the Domaine has 10 grape varieties over 16.2 hectares, with all plots of vines being certified organic. The Domaine is guided by the search for a limited yield and minimal intervention on the soil: short pruning during winter and de-budding in spring. The soils are ploughed or mowed and trimming is not practiced in order to preserve the leaf surface and the photosynthetic activity of our vines. Clos Aguilem is one of the rare domains to have vines on 4 different types of soil. These are all nuances that contribute to the singularity of the style of the wines. The harvest is exclusively done by hand, starts from mid-August and usually lasts for 3 to 4 weeks. The grapes are harvested and transported to the winery in small baskets of 15 kilos to preserve their integrity. Grapes from different origins and plots are vinified separately where possible. Some plots can be blended when respecting the same terroir’s origin. The vinification aims to express the fruit, to extract the most balanced tannic structure to produce wines with volume, character and length. Long macerations are used to search maximum expression of fruit in the wines. Some of the wines are carefully aged in wood sourced from small independant tonnelleries.

Cascina Orizzonte
Piemonte, Italy
Cascina Orizzonte began from the idea of two friends, Enrico Dogliotti and Riccardo Rosso. In 2014 they tried to produce a small quantity of wine pushed by their passion towards wine and their territory. The vinified grapes are from Enrico's parents farm. They work as farmers from 25 years and they cultivate different “cepages” as Barbera d'Asti, Nebbiolo, Moscato d'Asti and Chardonnay. Joint the second year of activity, we are very proud and happy of the obtained results. The procedure of vinification has been made in a traditional way. After the pressing and the remotion of the grapes from the stalks , alcoholic fermentation has come spontaneously and the maceration over the peels has been taking 15 days. After the raking took place the wine has been put in second passage barriques. The malolactic fermentation was in wood in June 2016 and the affinage has continued in barriques until April 2017. In April 2017 in waning moon, we bottled our wines of 2015 harvest that will be placed on the market in September 2017, after some months of affinage in bottle.. The label: it was born by itself from a casual spot of Barbera that created an indelible sign. In this moment the idea of The Shape took place. Each spot has the color of the wine it represents. The name NeRa represents the two different cepages in the wine: “the beginning of the NEbbiolo and the end of the BarbeRA” Our vision: Our aim is producing wine in a simple way without changing too much the original characteristics of each grape, obtaining the best result from the blend of different cepages. We wish to get a great longevity to our products. Our wine should enter the market slowly, finding the most appropriate moment. The mission: we hope to extend our skills and knowledges vintage after vintage, harvest after harvest, testing new ways of fermentation and techniques of wood affinage.

Tenuta Adamo
Toscana, Italy
Tenuta Adamo was established in 2020 from a project focused on the enthusiasm to invest in the centuries-old tradition of viticulture in connection to the skilled young people that dedicate themselves to its creative process every day, with an eye on sustainability. We incorporate this new take on tradition into all of our products. The winery is located in the hills of Lucca. It overlooks the Freddana Valley, which has a unique terroir characterized by strong temperature EXCURSIONs, a good exposure to the sun, and a sufficient amount of water that gives the grapes and the olives the chanche to get to full maturation and to have a good balance of acidity and sweetness, which plays a significant role in enhancing the aromatic qualities of the wine and the extra vergin olive oil that we produce. It’s spread over 15 hectares: of which, 6 are dedicated to cultivation of the vine (with fields facing south, south west, and east), 2 to that of the olive tree, and the remaining in coppice woods at about 200m above sea level. Part of the property is also the borgo of ponte rosso, that we are planning to restructure for the guests to have the possibility to stay there.

Castello di Meleto
Toscana, Italy
Castello di Meleto is a fascinating reality where history, wine, and tourism are strictly connected. It is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, one of the most celebrated Italian wine areas worldwide, in Gaiole in Chianti - one of the municipalities with the highest altitude in the appellation - 30 km from Siena and 60 km from Florence. The history of Castello di Meleto is quite unique and has travelled through different eras over the centuries. Its connection with wine began in the 11th century with the Benedictine monks, but it was in 1256 that the first written mention of its name appeared. Since then, the external appearance of the castle has remained almost unchanged. In May 1968, the editor Gianni Mazzocchi conceived Operazione Vigneti, what nowadays we would call "crowdfunding": he invited his readers to participate in the purchase of company shares at a price of 10.000 Lire each, with a minimum requirement of one hundred shares (approx. 516 Euros total). This was a significant amount, considering that the average monthly salary of an Italian at the time was around 120 Lire. The initiative yielded excellent results, as half a billion Lire was raised in just two months. Thus, Viticola Toscana was born, the realization of a dream shared by one thousand six hundred people from all over Italy, which allowed the recovery of an Italian heritage that was at risk of being lost. Today, the company owns the largest organic vineyard area in Gaiole in Chianti, spanning 130 hectares divided into six different areas based on soil composition, climate, and altitude. The company's lands reach up to 600 meters above sea level, with an average altitude ranging between 350 and 450 meters.

Volarik Winery
Morava, Czech Republic
“Wine is our life. We have learned to recognize and respect the unique character of each variety during every step of cultivation and processing. Our one value is uncompromising quality.” The wine tradition in the Volarik family goes back to 1945, but the Volarik Winery first entered the market in 2007. At present we cultivate 80 ha of our own vineyard in the Mikulov Wine Region, 4.2 ha under a strict ecological regime. Our winery grows grapes and makes wine from varieties typical for the countryside below the Palava Hills. The most common varieties around here are Welschriesling, Riesling, Palava and Grüner Veltliner. During the entire growing season we emphasize a low-impact treatment of the grapes – we grow fewer bunches on each vine, harvest by hand, and process immediately after harvest using the most up-to-date technology. We specialize in high-quality white wines, but we also make grape juice, rosé and sparkling wines. In 2011 we came out with a TERROIR assortment of wines based on the uniqueness of each vineyard tract. Location, subsoil, and climate strongly influence the character of the grape, and determine the method of cultivation and processing. Our terroir wines are grown in some of the area’s most prestigious vineyard tracts: Zelezna, Kotelna, Orechova hora, Vestonsko, Purmice and U Venuse. Plotny. We made ORGANIC wines for the first time in 2014. Piwi varieties - Hibernal, Johanniter and Saphira - are grown on the Vestonsko vineyard in the Perna village under ecological regime. Diligence, learning, humility, a carefully selected team of specialists and an undying love for wine have allowed the Volarik Winery to quickly earn its place among the best wine makers in the Czech Republic. Volarik winery became Winemaker of the year 2011, 2014 and 2018 of the Czech republic, our Palava Terroir U Venuse became Champion of dry white wine on the Vinalies Internationales 2020, Palava Dessert Wine got 96 points in Decanter 2024.

Terraviva lies in Tortoreto, facing the seaside, with mineral and clay soils where we produce products capable to respect the terroir where they are coming from. Certified organic since 1998, in 2020 we have started with the byodinamic agriculture.

Yannick Pelletier
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Here are the few elements about the structure of the estate, and a method of how I take care of the soil, the plants and the wine. The estate consists of 12.5 ha in the Saint-Chinian AOC. I started up my activity in January 2004 in Organic way of working. The vines are 10 to 90 years old and the average is 45. There are four types of grapes for reds: Syrah (11%), Grenache (47%), Cinsault (18%), Carignan (19%) and Mourvèdre(5%). Two for whites : Terret Bourret is an old indigene grape variety and the vineyard is seventy years old and is planted in grey and white grapes. Grenache is a young vineyard of 10 years that I planted on a high elevation parcel which is east-north exposed. The each parcel of land is relatively distant one from the other, and this permits me to enjoy different types of terroir: 65% of schist, 23 % of clay and limestone, and 12% of pebble and clays. Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault are trained in the Gobelet, the syrah in the Cordon de Royat system. In average, I let six spurs with one eye on each. I take care of the soil with one or two plowings a year and a digging, if necessary. I enrich the soil using organic compost (between 500 and 1500 kg/ha). The main part of the work is done manually. There are two reasons for that. For one reason, this means gives a higher quality result than the mechanized way, and the other, it keeps off the passage of vehicles that makes the soil damp down and weaken. In order to take care of the vine’s health, I use contact product (Cu, SO2), which does not penetrate into the plant, and thus you won’t find it inside the grape. The ébourgeonnage (or green pruning) is the most important green job that should be done. It consists of the elimination of non-productive branches or the ones that sit in a bad location, i.e. the ones in the center of the plant. It makes possible to give air to the tree stump, to control the production and to concentrate the plant juice in the best branches. About wines, here are a few explanations aout the way there are made : In the cellar, the general principal is to protect as much as possible the grappe and wine integrity : harvest in boxes, selection of the grapes, use of the gravity, developpement of the indigenous yeast. The grain is seperated from the wooden components of the grape. The pigeage is mainly done by hand, the pumping over is only done in order to homogenize the harvest, and the second day to help the multiplication of the yeast. L'Oiselet is made from Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. It is aged during one year in cement vat. L’Engoulevent is made from grenache and Carignan and a little bit of Syrah and Cinsault. One part of the carignan is vinificated in carbonic maceration, the other part in long maceration, then put into cement vat and cask. Les Coccigrues are made from carignan and a little bit of syrah and grenache. The carignan and Grenache are old and grow on hillsides which soils are poors. This wine is aged during two years in cask. Pennard is a blend of almost all the vineyard ans all the grape variety for three years at least with an ageing in barrels for a part and in vats for the majority. BLANC is a direct press of Terret Bourret and Grenache white and grey for both. The terret is an old indigene grape variety and the vineyard is seventy years old. The ageing is 10 months in vats GRIS is a direct press of Grenache Gris from a vineyard which is at 300 hundred meters high. The ageing is a year in barrels. VOLATIL’ is a 100% cinsault 50 years old. 11% vol. José is a dark rosé mostly made from grenache.

Anna Spinato Winery
Veneto, Italy
Anna Spinato Winery was founded in 1952 by Pietro Spinato. The company is located in the Veneto region in Ponte di Piave, a town with a strong wine vocation, placed between Venice and the Dolomites, in the heart of the Prosecco DOC production area and at the foot of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills. A territory characterized by the presence of the historic Piave river, which strongly influences viticulture by giving the wines freshness and minerality. Anna Spinato’s story begins there, alongside her father, conquered by the ancient charm of work and town festivals, by the magic of the fruit turning into wine, by the crazy dashes to Venice to deliver it to the Bacari, the typical Venetian taverns. Happy memories that have fueled her passion. The era of dashing to Venice is now over but the farmers’ work always remains the same, the agricultural rituals and traditions are safe and the care for winemaking grows every year. Today, Anna is joined by her son Roberto and together they guide the company towards the future. They have decided to produce typical wines of the area such as Valdobbiadene, Prosecco, Raboso and Malanotte as well as wines from international grape varieties capable of expressing and enhancing the unique and unrepeatable characteristics of their land. A precise choice to tell the love for traditions as well as the desire to open up to international opportunities. For Anna Spinato Winery, everything is a matter of determination and values, the very ones that made it possible to certify the first organic wine in 2012: the beginning of an exciting journey to protect the environment and the health of consumers who are increasingly focused on a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Ricci Curbastro Azienda Agricola
Lombardia, Italy
Eighteen generations of Ricci Curbastro have led, starting from Pietro, born in 1380, farms in Romagna and Lombardy. These centuries-old traditions are now represented by the Rontana estate of Brisighella (RA) and the Ricci Curbastro estate of Capriolo in Franciacorta. The latter produced wines in bottles as early as 1800, as evidenced by labels of 1885 still preserved. It was transformed by Gualberto Ricci Curbastro into a modern wine-growing company since 1967, the year of establishment of the DOC Franciacorta of which he was one of the eleven founders. Of the 34 hectares of farm area 32 are invested in vineyards. The Company practices organic farming as a natural continuation of the various practices of reducing the environmental impact that began in 1980, over forty years ago. Since 2017 it has been among the top nine companies in Italy, first in Lombardy, certified as a “Sustainable Company” according to the Equalitas standard for its commitment from an environmental, economic, and social point of view. The cellar in which the fermentations and the slow maturation of Franciacorta DOCG are carried out is built underground in a vast centuries-old park. Winemaking is followed by winemakers Andrea Rudelli, Annalisa Massetti, Riccardo and Filippo Ricci Curbastro, a mix of experiences for wines destined for the increasingly demanding palates of consumers all over the world. The company’s production is well represented not only by Franciacorta DOCG but also by Curtefranca DOC and Sebino IGT wines. Inside the rustic of the Ricci Curbastro Farm, there is the Agricultural and Wine Museum, a unique reality in Franciacorta that preserves thousands of objects that testify to the agricultural work of the past. Inaugurated in 1986, it is the result of a meticulous research activity by Gualberto Ricci Curbastro begun more than thirty years earlier. Four rooms, divided by themes and can be visited by reservation in order to accompany you and tell you about our work of the past and today. Since 2021 the Museum is part of the Museimpresa Association.

DOMAINE ROSA PHILIPPON
Bourgogne, France
Rosa was born in Chablis. Rosa was passionate about photography and nature, nothing specifically destined her for a winemaker carreer except a strong passion for the family heritage. Her tenacity and consistency led her to take over the old winery and adapt the vineyards they had in the area to express all the potential of the terroir in a bottle of wine. The wine cellar that he built himself takes place in this lovely village of La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, a village located next to Chablis. The great passion Rosa and her grand-children have for their terroir and their work allowed the winery to achieve the most ambitious international results for the high quality of its wines. Today, her family with Frederic carry on this beautiful history. Committed to preserving the environment and working sustainably with the land, Frederic has recently begun the formal organic certification process. The success of the estate is based on the experience and knowledge of the terroir that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Weingut Krauss
Pfalz, Germany
Weinhaus Krauss was founded in 2009 by Erika and Helmut Krauß. It is intended to complement the subsidiaries Zellertaler Keller and Weingut Krauß. The wine house serves the classic specialist wine trade and enriches the list of offerings in direct sales from the farm with wines from the Zellertal. Due to the increased demand, we worked with well-known large and individual locations beyond the borders of the Zellertal. Good wines mature here! We develop our wines according to two aspects: classically, traditionally from old vines and spontaneous fermentation, while we use yeasts that are transferred from the vineyard to the cellar. On the other hand, based on the knowledge of modern cellar technology with tank fermentation in stainless steel containers with controlled and cooled fermentation using pure yeasts that sharpen the aroma profile of the white wines. We develop the red wines using mash fermentation under the influence of heat and cold and the promotion of the grapes' own tannins. Stored in wine tanks for a long time without any added sulfur to promote malolactic fermentation. Or stored in barriques to promote micro-oxidation. The white wines are stored on their fine yeast for a long time in order to maintain their freshness and vitality and to extract the aromas inherent in fermentation. As strict opponents of genetic manipulation, we take great care not to use any genetically manipulated treatment substances in our work. The extensive avoidance of protein-containing substances during winemaking makes our wines vegan wines. From the vine to the bottle, our wines guarantee handcraft at the highest level. To this day, we guarantee consistent top quality from the Palatinate Zellertal and Rheinhessen for every vintage.
