Terroir:
The Syrah comes from a single vineyard called MINAMI. This vineyard is located southwest of the winery, in the beautiful “Valle de La Raja”, known for its scenic richness and privileged natural surroundings. Its position on the northern slope of the Sierra de La Pila Natural Park, in the highlands of the Murcia Region, provides unique soil and climate conditions. This environment gives the Syrah a distinctive character and complexity that reflects the essence of the place

Winemaker:
Jose Luis Gomez and Laura Rojo
The Syrah fermentation was in a French oak foudre from Saury, followed by malolactic fermentation in 7 new 500-liter French oak barrels, where the wine was refined during an oxidative aging process of 18 months. For this 2022 vintage, the two selected tonnelleries were: Rousseau and Surtep.
