I lead the European Sommelier School's German operations, expanding wine and gourmet tastings. Author of books like Atlas Wines of Cyprus, A Sommelier Journey (multi-language), and Lidl's Vini a Tavola. I also consult in restaurant management and food marketing, my experience let me discover wine's power to unite people.
