Siemàn

Siemàn ("six hands" in Venetian dialect) is born. The vineyards stretch out in Villaga, on hilly terrain surrounded by woods, and are cultivated organically with full respect for the land. In this way we obtain healthy grapes, which can be transformed into wine with spontaneous fermentations and without any additives, filtration or other treatment. In 2017, the brewery attached to the winery, immediately dedicated exclusively to spontaneous or mixed fermentations, using the native microbial flora of the vineyards and grapes. In addition, most of the beers are made using the grapes grown. The purpose of our work, the passion that moves us, is to enhance the territory that hosts us, transforming its fruits into a genuine product that is inseparably linked to the place where it was produced. It is a careful work, of deep respect, made of synergies between Man and Nature.
