Cantina Marcazzan Fabio

The Marcazzan Fabio winery is located in San Giovanni Ilarione, a foothill village east of Verona. A descendant of generations of winegrowers, Marcazzan Fabio decided in 2016, at the age of 24, that it was time to make his dream come true. He thus began making wine, starting from a conviction that has become the philosophy of the winery itself: excellent wine is made from excellent grapes and from excellent handling and care of the bunch while it is still in the vineyard.

Based on these core principles, the Marcazzan Fabio winery stands out for its methods and raw materials, for the perfect harmony between “Mother Earth” and vineyards that are over 50 years old. This type of production results in a lower yield but a considerable increase in grape quality. Our vineyards sink their roots into volcanic–basaltic soil, a characteristic that gives our wines aromas rich in tradition and history.
