Terroir:

Shallow, tuffaceous soils of volcanic origin, exceptionally rich in minerals, with a well-defined structure and a balanced texture leaning toward clay and silt.

The grapes are gently pressed after destemming, with only the finest juice selected. The must is then chilled to 8 °C before undergoing a carefully controlled fermentation at 15 °C to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. Aged for 6 months, with 80% in stainless steel and 20% in wood.
