Terroir:

Well-drained valley-floor soils of volcanic–alluvial origin, rich in organic matter, with depth and a light sandy–silt texture that promotes balance and freshness.

Destemming followed by skin fermentation for 10–12 days, then pressing and a period of ageing in stainless steel before transfer to oak. Two years of ageing entirely in wood, followed by further bottle ageing.
