About us

Tucked away in the rolling hills of southern Bordeaux, Carsin is more than a winery — it’s a living, breathing farm where vines, fruit trees, animals and people all share the same rhythm. At the heart of it all is Nea Berglund, a new-generation winemaker with deep roots in the land and a clear vision for the future. With 13 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, she crafts wines in every colour — vibrant whites, rich orange, juicy reds and refreshing rosés — all shaped by the same philosophy: authenticity, energy and drinkability.

The farm is a true mosaic. Alongside the vines, you’ll find hundreds of fruit trees bursting with seasonal produce, transformed into handmade jams and juices. There’s a big garden for veggies during the summer and a hectare of olive trees quietly growing towards future olive oil production. Farm animals roam the property, playing their part in a balanced ecosystem that keeps the soil alive and the landscape thriving. Even sparkling grape juice and balsamic vinegar come from the farm’s own harvests. This is a place where agriculture is holistic, where each element supports the other, and where sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s simply how things are done.

And if you want to experience it firsthand, you can. Nestled between the vines, Carsin Cottage offers a chance to stay right in the middle of it all. Wake up to vineyard views, wander through the beautiful hills of Premieres Côtes de Bordeaux, and taste the farm’s creations at the source.

Carsin is not just about what’s in the bottle. It’s about connection — to the land, to the seasons, and to the people you share it with. "From our farm to your table."
