Quattrocieli

Quattrocieli is a family-run organic winery located in the hills of Alcamo, in western Sicily. Our story began with a simple dream: to make honest, expressive wines that speak of our land, our values, and the rhythms of nature. Today, that dream lives on in every bottle we produce.

Our vineyards grow on sun-drenched slopes, where the Mediterranean breeze meets rich Sicilian soil. We work exclusively with organic methods, avoiding chemical treatments and embracing biodiversity to protect the natural balance of our ecosystem. The result is wines that are vibrant, genuine, and full of character.

We cultivate native Sicilian varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d’Avola, and Zibibbo, alongside a few international grapes that have found a home in our terroir. In the cellar, we follow a philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing each wine to evolve naturally and express its true identity.

Beyond winemaking, Quattrocieli is also a place of welcome. We host tastings and experiences that invite visitors to explore our world, learn about our process, and share a moment of connection, over a glass of wine, of course.

We believe in sustainability, transparency, and in telling the story of Sicily through its wines. Quattrocieli is more than a winery, it's our family, our passion, and our way of honoring this incredible land.
