Pentecostés: A Legacy of Stone and Sea in the Valle Miñor

The Union of Two Estates

Bodegas Pentecostés is not just a winery; it is a sacred pact between the Galician landscape and the passage of time. Located in the hidden gem of Valle Miñor (Pontevedra), our project breathes life into two legendary architectural treasures: Pazo Barreiro (17th century) and Pazo de Moldes (13th century). Together, they form a unique viticultural ecosystem where ancient stone walls protect the future of Rías Baixas.

The Terroir: A Microclimate of Protection

Our vineyards are defined by their dramatic topography and Atlantic influence:

Pazo Barreiro: Situated on steep, semicircular slopes, our 10,000 vines descend in tiers over 3.7 hectares. The Monte Castelo acts as a natural fortress, shielding the grapes from harsh northern winds and ensuring perfect ripening conditions.

Pazo de Moldes: Spanning 3.4 hectares around a historic manor and its 14th-century chapel, this site provides the structural depth and character that define our signature style.

Winemaking Philosophy: Beyond Fleeting Trends

At Pentecostés, we reject industrial homogenization. We are "sculptors of the grape," allowing the Atlantic light, the granite soil, and the indigenous energy of Galicia to lead the way.

100% Albariño: A luminous, saline expression with vibrant acidity and citrus nuances.

Authentic Blends: A sophisticated coupage of Albariño, Caíño, Loureira, Treixadura, and Godello, reviving the traditional complexity of the region.

The Art of Lees: All our wines undergo a complex aging process on fine lees, granting them a creamy mid-palate, remarkable volume, and the longevity required by the most demanding cellars.

A Tribute to Origin

Every bottle is a recognition of the hands that have shaped this land for centuries. We produce exclusively with native varieties, convinced that the future of wine lies in its roots. Pentecostés is, quite simply, a "Cult to the Taste of Origin."
