Trained at Grythyttan culinary school, I’ve always followed my palate—and it led me straight to natural wine, a good bottle of champagne, or five, and the juiciest juice bombs around.

I believe wine should be joyful, fun, and always shared. My ideal tasting? A glass of something unconventional in the sun, my dachshund by my side, and a boquerone (or two) within reach.
