Domaine du Bois du Chat

After several years working in the wine industry, Jérémy Bally took over the 'Domaine du Bois du Chat' Winery in 2014. The slate granite and sandy soils of this area of the Beaujolais provide exceptional conditions for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The climate of “Le Domaine du Bois de Chat” with it's well exposed south-south-west hillsides is ideal for this grape variety . Jérémy works with nature and the seasons and only natural methods are used to cultivate the vines.
