On the nose, the wine is expressive and fresh, with aromas of red and black berries, complemented by floral notes of violet, subtle herbal nuances, and a light mineral, slate-like character. Hints of spice, graphite, and gentle oak add complexity.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a well-defined structure. The fruit remains fresh and precise, balanced by integrated French oak, delivering notes of sweet spice, cocoa, and a touch of smoke. The finish is long, elegant, and mineral, with a lively, mouthwatering freshness.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is completed, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. The wine is neither stabilized nor heavily processed and is lightly filtered at 3 microns before being bottled in August 2025.
