Spontaneous fermentation. Maceration on bucce (skins) for about a week, with gentle punching down. Almost all of the wine ages in oak barrels, a small part in steel. Vinified and bottled without any treatment or filtration. Since it is not filtered, the wine may have sediment on the bottom, an indication of the genuineness of the product.
