Information provided directly by the winery.

Information
Familiar and organic winery based in Hoya de Torres Valley, in Jumilla (Murcia), where the Monastrell variety prevails. Producers of 200 ha. of own vineyards all along the valley, 70 of these of authentical old vines or 'Pie Franco' vines. Our philosophy is to take care a lot of the vineyards, so later we will get the best quality wines we can offer. Our way to work is all manual and in its traditional way. Because of the place we are located in, the most priviledge valley for the Monastrell keeping of Jumilla, the wines have the ideal characteristics. Limestone and sandy soils, scrubland aromas and excellent acidity, due to the height of the vineyard, which is between 850 meters above sea
