 OUR WINES : organic, whole bunch gravity fed airbag press, stainless steel, aged on lees, indigeneous yeast, 100 % screwcap for still wines. 100 % hand picked and sorted. 100 % estate grown and bottled.

OUR FARMING : 2 people during winter, 5 people during the growing season, 10 people during harvest, organic, dry farmed, steep and terrace hillsides, 40 fields, re-use of rainwater to spray against diseases, one field with sheeps, fruits trees in the vineyards, let the land fallow 4 years prior planting.

OUR PHILOSOPHY : the taste of the varieties, the ground, and the 14-generation-experience. We are an expert artisan winemaker in Alsace. We are focused on aromatic white wines.
