DOMAINE BREGEON

A human-scale vineyard, producing fresh, saline wines with respect for nature and tradition. We cultivate 10 hectares planted with Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche grapes. The estate has been certified organic (AB) since 2018, and all the grapes are hand-harvested. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. Many of our wines are aged in underground stainless steel tanks on their lees for extended periods. We champion the unique character of our grape varieties, our terroirs, and the winemaking expertise of the Nantes region.
