116-year-old vineyard on calcareous sandy soils with a strong presence of slate and quartzite. It is situated on a steep north-facing slope at 540 meters above sea level. The climate is moderately continental, with Atlantic influence, especially in very wet years.

It was made in open-top tanks with 100% whole clusters, fermenting spontaneously with minimal intervention, aiming for a balance between fruit and structure. After fermentation, it was aged in wood and glass demijohns for 12 months.
