We are in Gela (CL), in the sun-drenched south of Sicily, where the sea dunes meet the breeze that gently caresses the vineyards of Casa Grazia. Absolute protagonist is nature, present all around the largest coastal lake in Sicily, included in the natural reserve "Riserva Naturale Orientata Biviere di Gela", sets the rhythm of the seasons and generates a micro- climate in which the vineyard benefit all-year round. In this warm frame, the vineyards sink their roots in sandy and calcareous soils on the shores of the Biviere, giving their fruits a unique and unmistakable minerality, which finds exaltation and completion in the salinity of the sea breeze.

Manual selection of bunches, destemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration an the skins, short and frequent pumping over during tumultuous fermentation, reducing the frequency at the end .Fermentation takes place in steel vats tanks at controlled temperature of 25°C. 6 months in steel vats and 6 months in French Oak Barriques.
