Terroir:

The particles are the n. 88, 89, 90 of 3.85 hectares planted with 100% Renano Riesling clone Heinz 65 Mosel. Monsaltus vineyard. The exposure is north-east and the soils are mainly calcareous and chalky and well drained. The plants are trained in Gujot with 5200 vines/hectare.

Manual harvest in 18Kg crates starting from the second week of September, the grapes are loaded into the press and protected with dry ice.
