Winemaker:

-

Hand picked healthy grapes, desteamed, crushed, soft pressing and lowering of temperature, followed by settling of musts. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts followed by aging on the lees. The wine refines for two months in the cellar, is carefully filtered and transferred to storage tanks. Bottling is done making sure (by using inert gases) that air never comes into contact with the wine preserving the primary fruit aromas.
