Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes.Pressing of 50% of the whole bunch, and the rest of the grapes are gently destemmed without crushing. Natural static racking. Fermented in 225 and 300 litre barrels and in stainless steel tanks. Native yeast. Aged on its fine lees for 8 months in barrels and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.

Information
San Pedro de olleros is located in the Ancares Leoneses Biosphere Reserve, a place with high biological divesity, although its social capital, its people, constitute the main value of the reserve. This Project would not have been posible witohout town people´s help. Banzao cannot be understood without environmental protection. We try to ensure that all our production is environmentally friendly. We use natural cork and lightweight packaging that is 100% recyclable.
