Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Pressing of 50% of the whole bunch, and the rest of the grapes are gently destemmed without crushing. Natural static racking. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Native yeast. Aged for 4 months on its fine lees in tank and 8 months in bottle

Information
San Pedro de olleros is located in the Ancares Leoneses Biosphere Reserve, a place with high biological divesity, although its social capital, its people, constitute the main value of the reserve. This Project would not have been posible witohout town people´s help. Banzao cannot be understood without environmental protection. We try to ensure that all our production is environmentally friendly. We use natural cork and lightweight packaging that is 100% recyclable.
