Harvested 100% by hand. Low-pressure pressing with a large-surface press (COQUARD, champagne press). The grapes from each cru are pressed separately. Produced from the core vintages, called CUVEE. Aged on lees for 15 months (disgorging is done by ourselves, which means the aging on lees is extended with each new arrival of bottles).

Domaine L&R Kox, based in Remich in Luxembourg’s Moselle, blends tradition with innovation across generations. Founded by the Kox family, descendants of 17th-century immigrants, the estate is known for its experimental spirit—diversity of grape varieties, sustainable practices, and diverse winemaking methods including amphorae and spontaneous fermentation. With a strong focus on biodiversity and precision, their wines reflect Moselle’s complexity. Since 2019, Corinne Kox, a molecular biologist, has brought fresh momentum through innovative vineyard management and agroecological practices.
