Grapes are manually harvested in boxes. Vinified in stainless steel tanks between 18 and 22 C° for 15 days. After the alcoholic fermentation it rests on fine lees for ageing to facilitate malolactic fermentation and is then moved in concrete tanks.

Gli Archi is a family-run organic farm in PoggioallaFarnia near Pisa, an area rich in history and agricultural tradition. The winery is being modernised while preserving ancient methods and organic practices. A distinctive feature is the use of Comtois workhorses, which reduce soil compaction and improve fertility. This benefits both the environment and the quality of the wines. The commitment to sustainability and traditional vineyard work is reflected in the wines’ unique flavours and aromas, which have earned national and international recognition.
