Geography: Village wine (Vino de Villa) from 21 small plots in Valtuille de Arriba, Bierzo (Spain). Microclimate: Humid Continental with Atlantic influence; protected by mountains with high diurnal temperature variation. Environment: Low-mountain terrain at 480–600m altitude, characterized by ancient vineyard slopes and local biodiversity. Growing Conditions: Clay-dominant soils (rare for the region); 40–60 year old vines; predominant Southern exposure for optimal ripening.
